18 - Last days in Argentina, Back home and off to Jeckill Island!

This post may be short I'm warning you!

Soooo yeah, I'm back!

And already leaving again. Who guessed 😀?

Yup, the whole sixth grade is going on a week-long trip to Jekyll Island. You probably don't know this but it's hard - two vacations in a row! I mean I just settled down and now going away, AGAIN! TOMORROW!!! (By the time this its posted ill probably be gone)

Anyway, I got to Ushuaia safely and everything was well! We left Kotik the next day, eating brunch with Jair, Tio Rodrigo and Jaci at a place my Mom and Dad had been before called Ramos Generales and it was delicious - Fresh baked breads and fruit tarts! Nham! Ate in one bite

We visited an old Prision Museum - Super fun and creepy at the same time, -I was scared to be honest, i hate abandoned places that people used to be in- the cells were super tiny and scary, and looked so, very old. we also saw a Nautical museum. You can see a Nautical Chart with some of the famous Ship Wrecks at Cape Horn! SCARY!

We then went to our airbnb in the same floor as Tio and Tia, where I took a bath on firm land, and I got to take longer and use more water. That may sound a little bad but trust me, it wasn't. After, we had our final dinner with Scott -NOO- before he left Ushuaia in a bar that was actually amazingly good!! DJ and all!

Next day we ate lunch at a place that was an all you can eat - Tenedor Libre in Spanish - Bamboo Restaurtant. I ate rice, Patagonian Cordero (AKA Lamb), chicken, and had gelatin as dessert! -newsflash, I haven’t had gelatin since 2023- it was so fun and great to see the crew -sadly no Scott- again and later that day, we stayed about one hour visiting Kotik again and then we officially said bye :(

Up to Brazil! We mostly stayed at grandmas home that night. I stayed with Nina (My dear friend that has moved back to Brazil) the whole next day! We did an escape room together and then we went back to grandma's.

On the 28th, it was a very special person's birthday and one of the reasons we've stayed a couple of days in Brazil before heading back to USA - HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA ! Girls day out , YEAY.

We went in the morning for a haircut/hydration treatment at grandma's favorite hair salon, then we had lunch at her favorite place! We went shopping at a mall, and at night we went to have a Bday dinner at her younger sister’s - Gabriela - house!

We left on the 29th and spent 9 hours on a plane and came aaaall the way to Atlanta, Georgia. We've arrived to see a ‘Welcome’ balloon in the mailbox, a welcome sign in the house and some other surprises by Tia Dani Akiau. We were really happy to see her and Dolce (My Dog) again! My dog especially looked ecstatic as ever to see us. I love her.

Well, thats it! The finish of the Antarctica blog section. Thank you so much for following along on my trip and supporting me! I really enjoyed it.

See you soon!
See you soon!

This is NOT the end of my whole blog, remember this is for all my sail trips so don’t worry! Anyways, thank you and goodbye!
